Every aluminium and glass installation completed by Babar Dawood is backed by a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee — a defined, verifiable warranty covering structural integrity, glass, finish, and workmanship, so your investment is protected long after installation day.
We’ve been designing, manufacturing, and installing aluminium and glass systems across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi since 2010. This guarantee applies to every service we offer: aluminium doors, windows, pergolas, bifold doors, glass rooms, partitions, railings, shower glass, and glass fencing.
What’s Covered

All coverage begins from the date of installation handover and applies to the original property owner at the address where the installation took place.
What’s Not Covered
To keep this guarantee clear and honest, it does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental impact
- Modifications or repairs carried out by a third party not authorized by Babar Dawood
- Damage from extreme weather events beyond normal UAE climate conditions (e.g. structural damage from a storm)
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or fading from routine cleaning
- Issues arising from a failure to follow our recommended maintenance guidance
- Cosmetic issues that don’t affect structural or functional performance
How to Make a Claim

- Provide proof of installation — your original invoice or warranty registration confirmation
- Site inspection — we’ll schedule an assessment to confirm the issue falls under warranty coverage
- Resolution — covered issues are corrected or the affected component replaced at no cost to you
We recommend registering your warranty with us immediately after installation handover so your claims process is as fast as possible if you ever need it.
