Babar Dawood manufactured and installed custom architectural aluminium window systems for residential villas across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. The installations covered a full spectrum of custom configurations—including slim-profile horizontal sliding windows, multi-point lock casement windows, wide-span bifolds, and custom curved architectural glass designed to elevate villa aesthetics and natural light.

Solar Heat & Energy Efficiency: The extreme UAE climate requires superior thermal insulation. We engineered every unit using insulated double-glazing with Low-E coatings to block solar heat gain and maintain indoor cool temperatures.
Dust & Humidity Resistance: Desert sand and humidity can easily damage standard tracks. We utilized heavy-duty EPDM weather gaskets and multi-point perimeter compression seals to ensure completely dustproof and watertight closures.
Soundproofing: To ensure peace and quiet inside residential villas, acoustic laminated double glazing was integrated to eliminate exterior community and road noise.

Aluminium Profiles: Premium architectural-grade aluminium alloy fabricated in our Sharjah facility.
Glazing: Double-glazed insulated glass units (IGUs) with toughened safety glass and argon gas thermal spacers.
Hardware: European-standard multi-point security locks, heavy-duty stainless steel rollers, and concealed hinges.
Surface Finish: Qualicoat-certified weather-resistant powder coating backed by a 10-year warranty against fading and chipping.
