• Uneven Boundary Walls for Gate Installation: The existing concrete perimeter wall at the villa entrance was slightly out of plumb, which would prevent a standard gate lock from aligning. To resolve this, our installation team custom-fabricated a heavy-gauge aluminium post track to compensate for the wall’s unevenness. This allowed us to install the textured grey louvred pedestrian gate with smooth latching and high security.

• Preventing Water Leakage Around the Pool Deck: The rear sliding doors sit directly next to the active swimming pool, making the interior living spaces highly vulnerable to pool water splashback and seasonal rain.
